Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Warehouse Assistant

TCC's main warehouse in Nuku'alofa is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to help receive, store and dispatch stock including handsets, SIM kits, accessories and networking equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders
- Accurately record stock movements in the inventory system
- Pick, pack and prepare stock for delivery to shops and branches
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Assist with periodic stocktakes
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions closely
- Basic numeracy for stock counting and record keeping
- Forklift licence an advantage but not essential - training available
Telecommunications Technician

Job Description
TCC is looking for a Telecommunications Technician to maintain mobile tower sites, backup power systems and transmission equipment across the Vava'u island group, keeping our network reliable for local communities and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on tower sites
- Service and repair backup generators and battery systems
- Troubleshoot transmission equipment faults on-site
- Ensure all work follows electrical and tower-climbing safety procedures
- Coordinate with the Nuku'alofa Network team on major faults or upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs for each site
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in telecommunications, electrical or generator maintenance
- Sound understanding of electrical safety practices
- Comfortable working at height on tower structures
- Valid driver's licence; based in or willing to relocate to Vava'u
