Prepaid Mobile

1) How do I topup my Prepaid UCall number?

- You can TopUp using our voucher cards (available at retail stores)
- Or TopUp online using Ding TopUp Online
- Or print out your voucher from the local ANZ bank ATMs
- TCC outlets

2) How can I check my UCall Prepaid balance?

- Simply dial *120#
- Select option 4 “Other Services”
- Select Option 1 "Check Balance"

3) How do I set up APN to use UCall data?

Navigate to your APN settings, create a NEW APN then put in the details below
- Enter “tccwap” into your APN
- Enter “tccwap” as your username
- Enter “123456” as your password

4) How do I get mobile data on my phone?

After setting up your APN, your phone can now access the internet when mobile data is switched ON
- *120#
- Select option 1 “Prepaid Plans”
- Select Option 3 “Data Plans”
- Choose your plan of your choice

5) What are your mobile data plans available?

6) How come I cannot access the internet but I currently have mobile data?

Check your APN settings and ensure you've configured it accurately. Or review the APN settings in Q3.
- Try the ways below to refresh your internet connection
- Turn off your mobile data for 10secs and turn it back on
- Reboot your phone
- If your data is still not working at this point, contact us at toll FREE number 0800222

4) How can I subscribe to a Home Internet Plan?

PLEASE NOTE that subscription to your ADSL Internet Plans can only be done through your UCall mobile. Also bare in mind that your subscribed ADSL Plan will be charged to your UCall mobile balance. So prior subscription, please ensure to Top Up your mobile phone with sufficient balance for your ADSL Plan ANY BALANCE ON YOUR LANDLINE will be used for voice calls and excess internet usage ONLY!
- From your UCall Mobile, dial *120#
- Choose option 3 “ADLS or UFlash Services”
- Enter your ADLS number (Landline number)
- Enter your ADLS Password (Default is your landline number)
- Select option 3 “ADSL Plans”
- Then select your plan of choice

5) How can I check my ADSL Internet usage balance?

- PLEASE NOTE that checking your ADSL usage balance can only be done from your UCall mobile.
- On your UCall Mobile, dial *120#
- Choose option 3 “ADLS or UFlash Services”
- Enter your ADLS number (Landline number)
- Enter your ADLS Password (Default is your landline number)
- Select option 1 “Check Balance” to view your ADSL Usage balance.

- Enter your ADLS Password (Default is your Uflash number)
- Select option 1 “Check Balance” to view your Uflash Usage credit balance plus your remaining volume on yourUFlash Plan.
