What is MAI PAGE?

“MAI PAGE” is an open ad space on TCC’s website that allows advertisers to utilize the space for their own advantage at no cost. The “MAI PAGE” will be of great benefit for the general public as well as local advertisers.

Mai Page can be utilized for public notices and announcements like Births, Deaths, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries and announcing of big events, vacant position, sales promotion, search engine, jobs seeker aspect.

MAI PAGE Terms and Conditions

- Pre-production own text
- Text only no pictures
- Limit to 30words only per message/advertiser
- Ads limited to 2 weeks of “MAI PAGE” exposure
- Owner/producer of advertisement MUST have a U-Call number.
- The U-Call number must be part of the advertisement

Tonga Communications Corporation retains the right to edit, withdraw or withhold any “MAI PAGE” without prior approval of the advertiser. TCC also reserves the right to make the service chargeable at any future date without notice.

Disclaimer

The site is a public site with free access and TCC assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of advertisements. TCC cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).

TCC will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on MAI PAGE. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research the information on the site. Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to TCC to be placed on the website by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of TCC. TCC does not guarantee confidentiality of information provided to it by any person acquiring/using all/any information displayed on the TCC website.

The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

The user expressly states that the insertion or information/ data being fed into MAI PAGE by the user is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or averments. TCC expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said insertion/information/ data so fed into MAI PAGE by the user.
