TCC employs close to 300 people spread over six operating divisions namely Administration & HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance Corporate and Finance Operations, Engineering , Settlement &Roaming.
TCC staff have a performance assessment every year where staff received a bonus and increment depending on their performance.
TCC also provide scholarships for all staff. Staff applied for these scholarship and are pick on merit based on education and performance.
