Corporate Customers
Objective:
To service and support TCC’s top corporate customers. The aim of this role is to develop a personal relationship with our corporate customers and to demonstrate TCC values their patronage.
Main Activities:
There are three Account Executives who service TCC’s corporate customers for all their communications needs.
Each Account Executive is responsible for handling all communications needs, which includes fixed lands, Internet-Data Anywhere aka broadband, Prepaid/Post Paid and International roaming mobile service and Lease line local/International to the respective corporate customers.
Essentially, they are a one stop contact point for corporate customers. In turn, they liaise with our internal departments such as engineering, administration and finance, settlements and roaming and make sure the needs and request of our corporate accounts are expedited and handled in an efficient manner.
